She has extensive experience in coaching, business consulting and performance management for individuals, teams and a wide range of companies. After nearly 3 decades of work in the Fortune 500, and in her own 3 businesses, Mary focuses on helping clients, organizations and groups achieve better results without necessarily doing more.

2Soar Solutions was formally founded 2 years ago, after deciding to take her strategies, processes and insights to a broader audience. Mary has Masters in Organizational and Leadership Development from JFK University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology/Business from Marquette University. Before founding 2 Soar Solutions, Mary held leadership positions in technology, pharmaceutical and consumer product companies.

Her desire is to help others succeed by leveraging proven paths and processes of the most successful entrepreneurs, business leaders and world class athletes.
