George is founder of Fountainhead Consulting Group, Inc., an Innovation and Business Planning firm that during the past 17 years has shown over 1,200 business owners how to achieve the goals, hopes and dreams for their business. They have a consistent track record of doing this because they developed a unique, structured methodology named Structure of Success™, which is part of their overall Business Planning and Consulting services that they use to grow existing businesses and start new businesses.

Besides being a noted business planning expert and recognized thought leader he personally has started and operated seven businesses and understands the mindset and mentality of an entrepreneur thus giving him both professional and personal perspectives on creating a thriving business. Over the past 25 years George has spent countless hours reading, researching, and studying what it takes to create a successful and thriving business. The marriage of his professional and personal knowledge and experience enabled him to create the unique Structure of Success™ methodology which is built on his experience with over 1,200 businesses over the past 17 years.

From 1995 through the present George has shown over 1,200 entrepreneurs how grow their existing business or how to start a new business which has resulted in him being recognized as an expert in the Business Planning and Business Consulting areas. These Business Planning services also include a full range of strategic marketing services tied to the overall goals for your business including how to do advertising, finding leads, and landing new customers. This has led George to work with several of the business incubators in Atlanta, teach for the Small Business Administration (SBA) and be a guest lecturer at several of Atlanta’s universities.

Besides his extensive background in Business Planning and Business Consulting Mr. Horrigan also has broad experience in business tax planning, business financial planning, new business planning, choice of entity planning (S-corporation, C- S-corporation, LLC…), business consulting, marketing strategies, and has unique training and experience in the valuation of businesses. All of which have resulted in him being recognized as an industry expert in these areas.

Mr. Horrigan’s earlier experience includes having worked in various accounting and finance positions as well as having started and managed three IT consulting practices. Mr. Horrigan holds a BA in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University (Cum Laude). George is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), he has obtained the AICPA’s financial planning CPA/PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) certification, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Computer Consultant (CDP) and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.
