Barbara J. Dandro, MBA, is an author, public speaker, and business workshop facilitator. She is a certified, senior-level business development consultant as an independent affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation - an international training and development organization based in Reading, PA.



Barbara specializes in coaching newly promoted leaders and facilitating workshops with company teams so that they use their talents, skills, and knowledge in a positive manner to function more effectively, efficiently, and profitably. Her new book, Thriving With Positive Attitudes, focuses on ideas that business owners and managers can implement for making rational, emotionally-intelligent decisions in order to be successful and happy in a hectic, fast-paced world.

Barbara J. Dandro

Barbara J. Dandro grew up on the north shore of Chicago, IL, and she later moved to Pennsylvania to attend Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. After graduation, she relocated to St. Petersburg, FL. She earned two more degrees at the University of South Florida. In her varied thirty-year career, Barbara has written for newspapers and magazines, founded and managed a boutique advertising/marketing firm, handled public relations for nonprofits, and is currently sole proprietor of a training and development company. She coaches managers and facilitates employee development workshops for small to midsize organizations using humor and audience-engaging activities.
