Let\'s Talk EI: Steve Whiteford

Steve holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, from Boston University, where he majored in Theater and served as Assisting Teacher to the Professor of Speech. He has taught classes at Santa Monica Community College, Glendale Career College, Los Angeles Broadcasters, Professional Artist\'s Group, and ESL Academy. He has also worked in alliance with Drake Beam Morin, as a counselor and trainer. He served as Managing Consultant for Drake Beam Morin, through an emergency interim and he has successfully partnered with several other Training Firms. He established many successful new programs while working for the University of Texas Professional Development Department, and assisted in refreshing training while working with the Texas Department of Safety.

Steve is certified for the EQi Emotional Intelligence instrument, EQ360, Meyers-Briggs / MBTI (Master Certification) and Neuroscience of Personality & NeuroPQ, Compass Learning Systems surveys, and Carlson Learning\'s DiSC. The Hendricks Institute certifies him in Body Centered Transformation. He has completed Tom Crum\'s Beyond the Gold conflict workshop, The Power of Influence with Robbin\'s Research, Coaching to Excellence with New Ventures West, and Phillips Associates\' Train the Team Builder. He has also completed Dispute Resolution Services,\' 30 Hour Basic Mediation Workshop. He is certified in EDxTM, Fred Gallo\'s Energy Diagnostic and Treatment Methods. Steve is currently enrolled in NeuroLeadership Group\'s Results Coaching and CFI certification program. He is a member of ASTD, AHRMA and APTi.
