For more than 25 years, Dr. Diana Kirschner helped thousands of singles, couples and families to create love, success and harmony in their lives. Dr. Diana also ran the Institute for Comprehensive Family Therapy, a nationally-recognized post-graduate center devoted to training psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists all over the world in a unique approach which combined individual, couple and family therapy. As part of that training she did “live” breakthrough sessions with singles, couples and families who were stuck at an impasse in therapy—showing how to resolve the most difficult relationship, family and work issues in front of large audiences of mental health professionals.

Noelle Rox

For over 15 years, film and television personalities, Fortune 500 CEOs and some of our country’s most recognizable names have been crediting their fitness to Noelle.
Noelle is an ACE certified personal trainer, and has extensive training in Pilates certified by Power Pilates, and the Physical Mind Institute as well as formal training at the Pilates Center of Boulder. Noelle has been a member of IDEA for over 15 years.
She is a certified T’ai Chi Instructor and was featured on the PBS television and video series entitled “Tai Chi in Paradise”. Noelle specializes in a unique and simplified T’ai Chi workout called Flow Motion, which is the perfect format for beginners and seniors to help them improve their coordination and balance. Noelle was also professionally trained with the Hawaii Stunt Association and was a stunt double for Cheryl Ladd.
Noelle is the creator of the three-part Pilates workout DVD series Noelle’s Powerhouse Pilates. Powerhouse sold out on QVC, was a top fitness product on Shop at Home, and ranked in the top 3 on Amazon. Noelle was featured on EXTRA as a celebrity trainer and Pilates Guru to the stars. Josie Bisset of Melrose Place fame was such a fan of Noelle’s workouts she ended up as a spokesperson and traveled with Noelle promoting her workouts.
Noelle has recently created and produced a portfolio of over 5 new exercise DVD’s Noelle’s Perfect Fitness – ranging from Senior Programs to Travel Fitness and was recently a featured fitness expert presenting on Senior Exercise and Osteoporosis at the 2011 Apogee Wellness Fitness Conference in Las Vegas.
As a top gymnast, Noelle competed in NCAA Division 1 Gymnastics for the University of Arizona and was All Pac-10 via a full gymnastics scholarship. It was this early training that launched Noelle’s expertise and passion in the fitness industry.
