Ravi Rao

Dr. Ravi Rao is an expert in emotional neuroscience and enabling organizational / operational
transformation.
He assists multinational teams to “get on the same page now” through a mix of training, facilitation,
operational consulting, and mediation. His approach is based on enhancing the capabilities of the
amygdala, orbitofrontal cortex, and parietal areas of the brain.

Ada Ward-Timmons

Ada Ward-Timmons has 30 years’ experience in public and private school education. She has a dual
bachelor’s in elementary education/emotional disturbance and a master’s in Educational Leadership.
Ada serves as an adjunct instructor of psychology at St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida. She
is pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership, where her dissertation topic is effectiveness of college
remediation. She resides in St. Petersburg with her husband. They have two daughters and four
grandchildren.

Patricia Baxter

Pat Baxter is the Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness at BI-LO/Winn-Dixie. She is a seasoned,
bilingual HR executive who has been a functional leader in global companies such as Sykes Enterprises,
Inc., UNISYS, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, Citigroup and The Prudential and worked with clients
in telecommunications, retail, and IT. Most recently, Pat served as Director, Leadership Development at
Right Management, based in Philadelphia, and an Associate of Right Florida/Caribbean based in Tampa.
She holds a B.S., M.S., and post graduate certification, all in educational leadership. Pat is a doctoral
candidate in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University. Her dissertation is on conflict and
emotional intelligence.
