Live Action Cartoons

With the advent of Maleficent which came out a few years back, then Cinderella released in 2015, and Jungle Book which hit the theaters in April, Disney seems to be making all of its princesses and fairy tales come to life on the big screen with live actors.



Is turning cartoons into live action movies a good idea? Have we had enough of these princesses and nice Disney stories in cartoon form, or is it time for a serious look at the Princesses and Disney fairy tales on the big screen? And...do we really need serious Disney tales?
