en Shirkani has over 20 years of experience as a learning and development specialist, coach and speaker. She works with individuals one-on-one, with teams, small groups, and large speaking venues. Often requested for leadership and sales conferences, she provides insight into human dynamics in a humorous and engaging way. Her topics often include Emotional Intelligence presented from a leadership perspective filled with practical strategies and immediately useable tips. Jen has worked with organizations from the Fortune 50 ($40B) to family-owned entities specializing in the application of Emotional Intelligence. She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership.

Art Emerich

Art Emrich has been working successfully with groups and individuals as a coach, advisor, and facilitator for over 40 years – helping them to achieve more than they thought possible. First in the U.S. Air Force, then with Dupont, retiring as Corporate Manager of Human Development, and more recently with Kanbay as U. S. Vice President of Learning and Culture, Art is devoted to bringing new approaches and discoveries about how to succeed to individuals and businesses. He holds a BA degree from the University of Maryland, and a MBA from the University of South Carolina.

He has extensive global experience, having introduced a variety of breakthrough learning interventions for many years in the US, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, UK, Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. Art is the co-developer of Targeted Development, a Dupont “Best Practice” on how to manage a career in a large corporate environment during turbulent times.
