Courtney Abraham

Courtney Abraham is the Vice President, Talent, Learning and Change for BI-LO/Winn-Dixie, the
country’s ninth largest supermarket chain, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. As such, she is
accountable for delivering high quality strategies and programs for talent acquisition, workforce
planning, organizational design, and work processes that are aligned with operational goals to improve
employee performance. Prior to Winn-Dixie, Courtney served as the AVP, HR at Hanover Insurance
Company.
Courtney holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University and an MA in Organizational Development from DePaul University.
She is certified in numerous assessments including EQ-I 2.0, MBTI, FIRO-B, and
CPI 260.

Susan S. Freeman

Susan S. Freeman is an experienced coach at the personal and leadership level, having helped many clients achieve extraordinary results and satisfaction in their lives, professionally and personally. She received her M.B.A. in Marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

She is a Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, having completed her coach training at Newfield, one of the world’s premier coaching programs. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation, and adheres to the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.

She is a Certified Trainer from the MSP Institute in experiential business simulations. In addition, she is a committed lifelong learner, with over fifteen years of extensive study and practice in personal growth, mindfulness, yoga and wellness.

Active in her community, she has served in leadership roles on several boards, ranging from university and other educational institutions to women’s leadership.
