Destruction, Is It Inevitable With Human Beings?

War, killing, fighting, name calling an eye for an eye, are just a few of the continued methods that we as human beings do in order to settle our differences, our disputes, or conflicts between one another. The fact of the matter is, that it has been going on for years, hundreds of years. Openness to learning new methods for resolving our issues, such as Professional Mediation is not an easy task; however, I have hope that it can be done.
