Chris Lytle

Chris Lytle, is a proud husband and father of four. His children, Keegan, 19, Kaylin, 17, Corie, 13 and Jake, 11, all live at home with him and his wife Kristin in New Palestine, IN. He is a 13-year member of the Indianapolis Fire Department and a retired American Mixed Martial artist, boxer and a veteran of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Born in Indianapolis, IN and a 1993 Southport High School graduate, Lytle attended Indiana University, graduating with a degree in Sports Management. While volunteering his time in the community, Chris also spends some of his free time as a coach for New Palestine High School’s wrestling team. In 2012, he ran for Indiana State Senate for District 28.


As a motivational speaker, Lytle has traveled the nation speaking to schools, foundations and the troops about strength, discipline and resilience. In 2014 he was also able to add author and founder of The Chris Lytle Foundation to his list of accomplishments. As a father to a child with autism, Lytle is passionate about the subject of bullying and its onslaught in the schools and workplaces in today’s society. With the recent release of his book, “Lights Out on Bullying” Lytle is aiming to speak to the schools across the state, and the country, about the importance of acceptance and compassion.

Roberta Courtright

Entering her eighth season with the Fever, Roberta Courtright handles all day-to-day community efforts of the franchise. She was promoted to director of community and player relations following the 2012 season. Courtright joined the Indiana franchise after two years with the Detroit Pistons and Detroit Shock. She served a community relations internship in 2005 before acting as the Pistons� community relations auction manager during most of the 2006-07 NBA season. A graduate of Aquinas College in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Mich., she was a member of the Aquinas softball team in 2001-02, and traveled with the U.S. Coast-to-Coast Softball Team, representing the United States in an international softball tournament in the Netherlands and Belgium. She graduated from Aquinas while majoring in business administration/sports management, and receiving a minor in coaching. She also coached the Grand Rapids Christian High School softball team for four years, the same school from which she graduated and played softball. She served as a basketball statistician and volunteered with a variety of community programs when she was a student, and participated in an exchange student program by spending two weeks in Japan during 2000. Courtright has been an active participant in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program since 2002.
