​While being thrust into the business world, in what most would say was a premature manner, he learned the importance of the soft skills that are needed to compete on the business level. After spending over a decade in the financial industry, years in management and an extensive time with a leading recruiting agency, he knows what is necessary to change the culture of professional environments. I focus on the one common denominator: people.
