The Supremes Return!

As it began its new term this week, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to reconsider a previous case that contained a factual error. Jim and Randal weigh on the Courts new term and the importance of some of the upcoming cases that the court has accepted. And Sen. Ted Stevens trial continues.

Alaskas Supreme Court has agreed to consider an appeal in the case regarding the attempted firing of a state trooper by Gov. Sarah Palin. Randal and Jim weigh in on it, plus the legal controversy surrounding the political activities of churches and clergy. And, the conviction of OJ Simpson in Las Vegas and its upcoming (of course) appeal, along with a custody fight surrounding actress Sharon Stone.
